What a great, life-affirming piece! I’m 64 and remember how I envisioned this age when I first heard the Beatles’ song about this age, when I was 12. I’m still going strong at the height of my working career, which I plan to keep doing to at least age 70, and am shooting for triple digits of living. It’s all in your perspective, which your story illustrates so wonderfully!
