This is simply one of the best, and funniest, stories I’ve read this year. I was in a somewhat reserved mood before reading this, now I’m gasping for breath between the laughs. Part of it was the intrigue of knowing, as we journeyed through the cut wrist, the numb hand, the typing disability, and all the rest, that somewhere, at some point, somehow, this is all going to transform into an exploding boob. The way you brought that in, despite our knowing it was coming, really nailed the whole thing together, perfectly! The next time I am feeling like I’ve had a rough day, or patch, I am going to break this out and reread it, and say, “Well, it coulda been worse!” Still laughing here, knowing I shouldn’t be….
