Beginning my day with meditation and yoga exercises helps a lot. Setting intentions for the day, then inviting the universe to cooperate with them helps, too. When the seeming roadblock (or slow driver) appears, I remind myself that this could actually be the universe cooperating with my intention, and being present, looking for the opportunity that may be being provided to me by this seeming roadblock. I might even silently thank that slow driver, instead of losing my shit with them, for reminding me that the universe has my back.
