Beauty is always in the eye of the beholder, and sometimes, it depends on what’s on the mind of the beholder. Sometimes, we’re working too hard on figuring something out to allow ourselves to be open to the beauty that is right in front of us. Thankfully, other times, we are ripe to receive all of the beauty that surrounds us, to give ourselves over to it, to let it have its way with us, and as artists, these are the days we rejoice in our art, and let our work come alive with the beauty we are experiencing.
I kind of like the sunset glass — but really like your story about it, because where I find beauty is in a story told true and authentically. I love your truth as revealed in your stories.
